Terms of Service

PinLens is a browser extension for people who publish and market on Pinterest, plus this companion website. The browsing tools (pin stats overlays, sorting and filtering, the local pin library, image downloads) are free and run locally in your browser. Pro tools (the board cleanup center, unlimited library, exports) require a subscription, and the AI pin copy writer runs through our backend and is metered in credits.

PinLens is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, and you remain responsible for complying with Pinterest’s own terms of service while using it.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure — signing in on this site also enables AI features in the PinLens extension on that browser. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract API keys or bypass credit metering.
• Use the service to process unlawful content or infringe others’ rights.
• Resell or redistribute AI output as a competing bulk service.
• Overload the backend with automated requests outside normal extension use.

Paid plans grant a monthly allotment of AI credits. Credits are consumed per AI operation and do not constitute currency or stored value. Payments are processed by Paddle, the merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.

PinLens surfaces data and images from Pinterest pages you visit. That content belongs to its respective creators and to Pinterest, and is subject to their terms — including what you may do with downloaded images. AI-generated pin copy is produced automatically and may contain errors — review it before publishing.

PinLens is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeviora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using PinLens at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Your local pin library remains on your device regardless.
