Do I need an account?
You need a free account to use the AI writer; it comes with 30 AI credits and no credit card. The board cleanup center is part of Pro.
Is my data private?
Yes. PinLens does not collect or store the pins you browse. When you use the AI writer, only the image and text of the pin you are writing are sent to generate the copy. Cleanup reports are built in your browser and never leave your device.
What is a credit?
Credits meter AI usage. Generating copy for one pin (title, description, hashtags and alt text together) costs 2 credits. Cleanup scans and exports never cost credits.
How does billing work, and can I cancel?
Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You can cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of the billing period, and every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Does PinLens post or change anything on Pinterest?
