PinLens (pinlens.xeviora.com) is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, installing our browser extension or app, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use PinLens.

PinLens is a pin-writing assistant and board cleanup tool for your own Pinterest account. It consists of a browser extension and this website. The AI pin writer drafts titles, descriptions, hashtags and alt text for the pin you are creating; it runs through our backend and is metered in credits, and a free account includes starter credits. PinLens Pro adds the read-only board cleanup center for your own boards, cleanup report export and monthly AI credits.

PinLens is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinterest. PinLens never posts, saves, follows, messages or deletes anything on your Pinterest account, and you remain responsible for complying with Pinterest’s own terms while using it.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. If we remove a core paid feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. Signing in on this site also enables the AI and Pro features of the PinLens extension in that browser.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout for all Xeviora products is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Charges appear on your card or bank statement as “PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA” (or “PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET” for PayPal). For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit https://paddle.net.

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Paid plans (PinLens Pro, monthly or yearly — current prices at https://pinlens.xeviora.com/pricing) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing page or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

Credits are prepaid usage units that can only be used within PinLens to access its features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for any other product or service. Credits are not a stored-value or payment instrument. New accounts receive a one-time allotment of free credits, and PinLens Pro includes AI credits as shown on our pricing page; unused credits stay in your account and do not expire while your account exists. Refunds for purchases that include credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to use PinLens to: break any law; infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy; access content or data you are not authorised to access; violate the terms of third-party websites or services; send spam or unsolicited messages; collect personal data about others without a lawful basis; interfere with or overload our systems; or resell or share the service without our permission.

You may not use AI features to create or distribute: content depicting a real person without their explicit consent; face swaps, deepfakes or voice imitations; sexual or adult content; content that infringes intellectual property or trademarks (including other companies’ logos); academic work to be submitted as your own; medical, legal or financial advice; or anything illegal, harmful or deceptive. AI output can be inaccurate — verify it before relying on it. We may filter inputs and outputs and suspend accounts that violate this section.

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you (for example, to store, process or display it). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use with PinLens. Images and pins shown on Pinterest belong to their respective creators; PinLens does not give you any rights to them.

PinLens, Xeviora and their software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on our sites belong to their owners; PinLens is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

PinLens is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using PinLens and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Cancellation of a paid plan is handled as described in section 5.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
