Privacy Policy

This page is available in English only; the English version prevails.
This policy explains what data the PinLens Chrome extension and the PinLens website (pinlens.xeviora.com) collect, and why. Our core principle is simple: the pins you save stay on your device, and AI features are strictly opt-in.
1. Who is responsible
PinLens is a product of Xeviora, a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor, who is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact: support@xeviora.com.
2. What the extension does not collect
PinLens does not collect, store or upload the pins you browse on Pinterest. The extension only acts when you use it: the AI writer reads the pin you are creating in Pinterest’s pin editor, and the board cleanup center reads your own boards when you start a scan. Cleanup reports are generated on your device, stay in your browser and are never uploaded to us or to any third party. You can clear them at any time from the extension.
If you export a cleanup report, the file is written directly from your browser to your computer. We do not receive or see it.
3. AI processing (opt-in)
To provide the AI pin copy writer, the content you submit — the pin image URL, its existing title/description, its destination link and your chosen keywords — is sent to our backend and forwarded to our AI service provider (OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to) for processing. This happens only when you explicitly trigger a generation. We do not use your content to train models, and our providers process it only to return results to you. We do not retain the submitted content after the request completes beyond transient processing and short-lived operational logs.
4. Account data
You do not need an account to use the browsing tools. An account is only required for the AI writer, Pro tools, and billing. If you sign up, we store your email, name (if provided), and authentication records. Session cookies are host-only to pinlens.xeviora.com and are not shared with other Xeviora sites. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive only the basic profile information needed to create your account (email and name).
5. Payment processing
Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (“Paddle”). Paddle collects and processes your payment and billing information (such as name, email, billing address, country and payment details) as an independent data controller in order to process your order, calculate taxes, prevent fraud and meet its legal obligations. We never receive or store your full card details. We receive limited order information from Paddle (such as your email, country, plan and transaction status) to provide the service. See Paddle’s Privacy Notice: https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.
AI usage is metered in credits. We keep an append-only ledger of credit grants and usage tied to your account.
6. Service providers
We use the following processors to run the service:
- Hosting: Vercel
- Database: Neon (PostgreSQL)
- Payments and invoicing: Paddle.com (independent controller, see section 5)
- AI processing: OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to
- Sign-in providers, if you use them: Google, GitHub
The extension contains no analytics or advertising trackers, and the website does not track you across other sites.
7. Your Pinterest account
PinLens does not ask for your Pinterest password and does not use Pinterest’s login APIs. It works alongside your existing Pinterest session in the browser, reads the same data Pinterest sends to that session, and never posts, saves, follows, messages, or deletes anything on your behalf. PinLens is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest.
8. What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not track your browsing across the web.
- We do not use analytics or advertising trackers inside the extension.
- We do not collect the pins you browse, and we do not see your cleanup reports — they never leave your device.
9. Data retention & deletion
Local data lives only in your browser; uninstalling the extension or clearing its storage removes it. To delete your account and associated AI/billing records, contact us at support@xeviora.com and we will remove them, subject to legal and accounting retention requirements.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@xeviora.com from the address on your account. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. For data Paddle holds as an independent controller, contact Paddle using the details in their Privacy Notice.
